If you're still unsure, you can always call us on 01789 339339 or even drop us a WhatsApp message on the same number. We generally reply instantly during working hours and often you'll get a reply out of hours too.

We have some pretty slick systems at Eagle 4x4 and some even slicker staff, so we do our very best to get your order sent out either on the same day as you place it, or if you place the order later in the day, we'll get it out next day for you.

Most items are sent on a Next Day or 1-2 Day Service, but some of the bigger bulkier items may take a day or two longer. If in doubt, you can always give us a call.

If for any reason you've ordered the wrong item, it's arrived damaged or you simply don't like it (unlikely!), we'll help you through the returns process.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends or Bank Holidays. After all, we all deserve a break, don't we?

However, we're all workaholics, so sometimes you might get lucky if you use WhatsApp to message us on 01789 339339. If we see it, we'll reply to you. If not, don't hold it against us. We'll make it up to you as soon as we're back in the office!

Oh wow, the question that gets asked so much and is almost impossible to answer. Most of our accessories can be fitted DIY by practical people with just the simplest of tools. We have a YouTube Channel and on that channel we try to include as many videos as possible to help you. Of course you can always call us up for advice as well.

When all is said and done, it's almost impossible for us to know your skill level, but call us on 01789 339339 and we'll get a pretty good idea by chatting with you whether you'll be able to work it out. We've seen Engineers struggle with a set of wind deflectors and Office Admin types breeze through the installation of an electric roller shutter!

At Eagle 4x4, we've got quite a few trucks kicking around and almost all of them have a front bar fitted before anything else.

Yes we do! At our base in Alcester we have a lovely workshop with even lovlier fitters who really know their stuff. More importantly we've got a waiting room with a pinball machine, Netflix, banging coffee and a sofa should you need a kip

Well, that's down to you. Wouldn't it be better just to come clean? Nah, thought not. Chances are your partner won't notice the front bar, big wheels, massive tyres, wind deflectors, LED Lighting etc. but if they do just tell them that you parked in public somewhere and when you came back, your truck had transformed itself into a mean machine. Blame AI and the Robots. Then change the topic of conversation by pointing at the sky and looking confused

All our products come with a warranty between 1-3 years, unless otherwise stated. if you have a problem, call us up and we'll do everything we can to keep you happy and get you sorted.

Most of the accessories that we sell should n't requre you to advise your insurance company, but some might. We're not insurance experts, so we can't really give a definitive answer. In simple terms, if you're worried about it, give them a call. They're not monsters (mostly) and some of them are even quite helpful!
